We believe in furniture that prioritizes safety for you, your loved ones, and your environment. Our commitment to this vision is evident in our durability. That’s why all items are backed by a 1-year warranty.
Our warranty guarantees the craftsmanship and materials of our products for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. To qualify, request must be from the original purchaser or gift recipient with proof of the original order. While our warranty covers any material or assembly defects, it does not extend to damage caused by misuse or abuse. In the event of damage to materials or defects in parts, we reserve the right to replace the necessary part(s) at our discretion to resolve the issue.
satisfaction institutional items
We warranty our products purchased by institutions for a period of 18 months. In order to be eligible for this extended warranty you must hold an account with us. To set this up please contact us directly. Coverages and restrictions are as stated above under “satisfaction home”.
not covered
The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for several scenarios, including lost parts or fasteners. Damage resulting from misuse or abuse, such as improper handling or intentional damage. Stains, scratches, and dents that occur due to regular use or accidental mishaps are not eligible for warranty claims. Additionally, any damage caused by dropping items or using indoor items outdoors falls outside the scope of warranty coverage. Finally, damage resulting from exceeding the recommended weight limit, which can compromise the integrity of the product, is not covered.
voiding the warranty
The warranty will be void if any of the following actions are taken: adding hardware not included with the assembly package, utilizing indoor items outdoors, or painting, staining, or gluing any parts of the items. These actions are considered as altering the original state or intended use of the product, thereby nullifying any warranty coverage.
